How To View Your Paycheck

Just follow these steps.

1. After reading through these instructions, click on the “ePay” button located at Step 8.
2. You will come to the log-on screen. Enter your 9-digit employee ID (found on your pay stub, beginning with 802……, or in your benefits package on your Enrollment Statement).*
3. Enter your password. For this first time only, your password is the last 4 digits of your social security number followed by your 2-digit month (e.g. February is 02) and day of birth. (You will create a new password for future use, once you logon).

4. Once logged on, click on “Employee Self Service” (a) on the left side of the screen.

Then click on “Payroll and Compensation,” (b)

and then “Payroll and Compensation Home” (c)


5. Click “View Paycheck” (d) at the top of the screen


* If you do not have your ID number, please contact your local Human Resources Representative


6. To view past paychecks click “View a Different Payment” at the top of the next screen that appears.

7. To print, click on the “File” icon at the top toolbar, select “Preferences,” click on “Landscape,” click “OK” button, and then the “Print” button.

8. Ready to start? Click on ePay button

Q: What do I do if I forget my password?
A: You will be expected to re-set your password the first time you login. If you forget the password after that, please contact the Resource Center at 1-877-ICISERV. Note: you will need your 9-digit employee ID (802…) when you call the resource Center.

Q: The left menu shows the same headings as those in “Payroll and Compensation Home.” Can I use those instead?
A: Yes. Both navigations will get you to the same place if they are named the same.

Q: What if I do not have a computer at work to access Payroll Self-Service (ePay)?
A: Initially, ePay will only be available through the ICI Intranet. If you do not have a workplace computer you will not be able to access ePay until it becomes accessible through the Internet later this year. When ePay becomes available through the Internet you will receive a notification at home. Until then, you will receive a paper direct-deposit pay advice at home.

Q: What do I do if I forget my Employee ID?
A: If you forget your Employee ID you can look at a recent past pay stub or ask your HR Representative for your ID.

Q: What do I do if I am unable to access my paycheck online?
A: If you are unable to access your paycheck online, contact the Resource Center at 1-877- ICISERV.

Q: Will I be kicked out of enrollment if I wait too long without any activity on the system or I walk away from my desk for a period of time?
A: You will be logged off after 20 minutes of inactivity.

View Paycheck Questions and Answers
Q: How far into the past will I be able to see my paycheck ?
A: You will be able to see every paycheck available in PeopleSoft.

Q: What if the address on my paycheck is not correct?
A: If the address on your paycheck in incorrect, contact your local HR representative and have them update your records to reflect your address change.

Q: What if I have a question about the deductions or pay amount on my paystub?
A: If you have questions about your paystub, contact the ICI Resource Center at 1-877-424-7378 and they will provide assistance.

Q: I am unable to print my online paycheck. What should I do?
A: In order to print the paycheck in its entirety, click on the “File” icon at the top toolbar, select “Preferences,” click on “Landscape,” click the “OK” button, and then the “Print” button. If the check does not print, click the mouse on any point on the paycheck and then try to print again.
