Website Navigation Questions and Answers
Q: What do I do if I forget my password?
A: You will be expected to re-set your password the first time you login. If you forget the password after that, please contact the Resource Center at 1-877-ICISERV. Note: you will need your 9 digit employee ID (802…) when you call the resource Center.

Q: What if I do not have a computer at work to access Payroll self service?
A: Initially, ePay will only be available through the ICI Intranet. If you do not have a workplace computer you will not be able to access ePay until it becomes accessible through the Internet later this year. When ePay becomes available through the Internet you will receive a notification at home.

Q: The left menu shows the same headings as those in “Payroll and Compensation Home.” Can I use those instead?
A: Yes. Both navigations will get you to the same place if they are named the same.

Q: What do I do it I forget my Employee ID?
A: If you forget your Employee ID you can look at a recent past pay stub or ask your HR Representative for your ID.

Q: Will I be kicked out of enrollment if I wait too long without any activity on the system or I walk away from my desk for a period of time?
A: You will be logged off after 20 minutes of inactivity.

Direct Deposit Questions and Answers
Q: I can find my checking account routing number on my checks, but how would I know my Savings or Credit Union account routing number?
A: For these accounts please call your financial institution and ask for the direct deposit account information.

Q: I am getting an error message that my routing number for my direct deposit is not correct. How does it know?
A: ePay compares every routing number to a standard banking table to make sure that it is valid. Active routing numbers are 9 digits long with a first digit of 0,1, 2, or 3.

Q: To how many accounts can I send my paycheck through direct deposit?
A: You are able to send your pay to three separate accounts. Remember, accounts will receive funds in accordance with the priority you select when adding or modifying your accounts (e.g. priority 1 will be first and so on). So please select “balance” for the lowest priority account (the account with the highest number).

Q: How quickly will my Direct Deposit changes take effect?
A: There may be a one-pay-period delay for processing based on when, in the pay calendar, your transaction took place.
