| 7. Click on the appropriate event and click “Next.” 8. Choose the appropriate date for the event (it must be a past or present date) and click “Submit” |

| 12. Click on “Yes, I’d like to prepare my benefit options now.”
At the next screen click on “Prepare Benefit Options” and then “Cancel” to continue. 13. Click “Click here to continue with your Life Event” 14. Click “Enroll in benefits.” Click “Select” for the appropriate event and make your changes to the appropriate benefits. 15. Don’t forget to hit “Submit” when you have completed your elections. |
