| 6. The main “Benefit Elections Summary” page provides you with information on the plans you are enrolled in, the plan names and your coverage or participation level. 7. Once you are in the “Benefits Elections Summary” page you can click on a benefit located in the summary. You can only access the benefits underlined and in blue (e). These are the benefits you currently have. If a benefit does not appear in blue (f) it means you do not have an election for that benefit. 8. When you click on one of the plan names (“e,” above) you will be able to see plan and coverage information. If the Plan Provider appears underlined and in blue (h) you can click on it and be linked to the plan’s website. 9. In addition to checking plan information you can also elect beneficiaries for your Life, AD&D (PAI) or Supplemental AD&D (i) (if you are enrolled). |
